What platforms do you build your websites on?
95% of the websites we build are WordPress websites. We specialize in building custom WordPress websites, themes, plugins, etc. We can also build custom websites using HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript frameworks. We can also build your websites using Shopify, Wix, SquareSpace, Weebly, and other website builders. Our preference is WordPress.
What is the communication process during the project?
We pride ourselves in how we provide flexible communication options to our clients. Your dedicated project manager can communicate via phone, email, text/WhatsApp based on your preference. As far as project feedback, we use our own BFM Feedbacker tool to allow you to provide simple project feedback/revision requests. You can also open a support ticket from your client account with any tech support issues you may have.
How many rounds of revisions will I receive for my website?
The rounds of revisions will vary by the project. Typically, we will use your design brief to design your home page. After this you would provide feedback/revision requests for the home page. We will then use the feedback to guide us in designing the rest of your website. The rest of the website will be consistent in design with the home page we had confirmed. After this you would give us your final set of feedback/revision requests for the entire website. Note that the exact number of revisions will be written in your proposal. The number will depend on your project budget.
How does the payment structure work?
The payment structure will depend on the size of your project. For projects below $5,000.00, we charge a deposit of 50% with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion. Projects above $5,000.00 can be broken down into 3 payments based on project milestones.
